The Story of Correctional Apparel

​Correctional Apparel was born from over two decades of personal, on the line experience as a Connecticut Department of Correction Correction Officer and Correctional Maintenance professional serving in a County Jail, Correctional Institution, Correctional Transportation Unit and receiving Firearms Certification. We know this career from the inside out, because we lived it.​Our mission is simple: to provide high quality, authentic, experience-inspired designs that showcase the dignity, pride and identity of the correctional professional. Open recognition is long overdue. Public pride for all that Correction Officers and Support Staff endure throughout their careers should never have to be earned in silence.​Correctional Professionals need not hide their identities any longer, nor be subjected to silly designs and limited apparel options.
